A $25 setup fee is required
The recipient addresses must be compiled in a Google Sheets Spreadsheet and saved as a CVS file under a simple but specific format. Please proof read each address carefully, for it will be inputed EXACTLY as you type it. After you have finalized your address list, please upload your CVS spreadsheet in the space above. You will receive a proof before it goes to print. The first proof is free but there is an additional $30 fee to change or to add to your file for every proof thereafter.
